Return Policy

Returns are handled in a case by case basis. We will only accept returns within 15 days of delivery date for items that are brand new, uninstalled and in their original packaging. We will not accept returns if the item has been installed. Products that have been custom made (including custom finishes or custom redrilling or sizing) cannot be returned.

Any items that were purchased as part of special sale programs (for example, clearance, open box, Black Friday, flash sales) are considered to be clearance pricing and therefore are ineligible for return. Non-negotiable.

When sending back your approved return order, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and properly securing the item in its packaging to ensure that no damage will occur during shipping. We take great care in making sure the item that you ordered will be delivered to you safely and securely and expect the same commitment and carefulness. The shipping cost will be deducted from the final return amount.
